Youth Guarantee by Apulia Region (Youth Guarantee) is the European Plan to combat youth unemployment. With this objective, it has been allocated funding member countries with unemployment rates above 25% to invest in active guidance, education, training and job placement policies to support young people who are neither engaged in employment nor in education or training (so-called Neet - Not in Education, Employment or Training).
