The Project "Safes for Green"is based on the latest demands of the labor market, aimed at the acquisition of the right practical and theoretical skills needed to emerge in a world of increasing competition. The aim is to train professionals able to work not only locally, but also internationally through the possibility of following internships in the program in different countries of the European community such as Ireland, Germany, Spain and Belgium.
La Scuola di Alta Formazione e Studi Specialistici per Professionisti SafesPro di Taranto è stata costituita nel 2017 con l’intento di offrire una formazione specializzata in forma innovativa, garantendo l’acquisizione e l’applicazione degli strumenti più attuali attraverso il metodo E-learning. SafesPro offre programmi di formazione post-laurea e di formazione professionale. Tale offerta formativa comprende Master di I e II livello e Corsi di Specializzazione in vari ambiti. L’Offerta Formativa è basata sulle più recenti richieste del mercato del lavoro, garantendo, così, la possibilità di crescere verticalmente nel proprio ambito lavorativo, fornendo una preparazione mirata all’acquisizione delle giuste competenze pratico-teoriche necessarie per emergere in un mondo in crescente competizione. Lo scopo è formare professionisti in grado di lavorare non solo a livello locale, ma anche internazionale mediante la possibilità di seguire il programma in diverse lingue.

Consortium members
Gli Enti che il Coordinatore, SafesPro, ha coinvolto nel Mobility Consortium abbracciano una serie di stakeholder impegnati nella formazione di professionisti e specialisti in ambito (VET). Il Coordinatore ha deciso di coinvolgere Istituti scolastici I.T.G. “Fermi” di Francavilla Fontana e I.T.T. A. PACINOTTI di Taranto. Gli Istituti offrono percorsi di formazione adeguati a formare giovani capaci di operare nel settore di competenza. Istituti scolastici ed Enti di formazione offriranno al Consorzio il loro prezioso contributo in termini di capitale umano da formare e professionalità adeguate a sviluppare percorsi formativi d’eccellenza.
What are the main goals of the project?
- Acquire, by 60 new graduates, Units of Competence about the new figures of "Environmental Risk Manager", "Ecochef", "Green Mechatronics" identified among the Green Jobs;
- Promote entrepreneurial skills among young people and enable the acquisition of soft skills in the Green Economy that will allow them to start working in the area;
- To increase the quality of the training offer through the acquisition of new professional figures related to the world of Green Jobs, to be included in the Regional Directory of Qualifications;
- Expand national and foreign partnerships with institutions and companies to ensure international cooperation for the purpose of transnational mobility in the field of environmental sustainability;
- Promote environmentally sustainable change in the Agricultural, Tourism, and Vocational Technical sectors;
- Aligning the job demand-supply match in the Green Economy, ensuring human capital is innovated and trained according to Green Jobs.
What the scholarship includes
The beneficiary is exempt from the burden of anticipating and/or personally supporting the costs expected for the stay abroad and the participation in the mobility project.
By virtue of this management system, in fact, SafesPro is responsible, also through the partnership, for the provision of the following services:
- Administration and Project Management;
- Identification of the internship and host organization, based on the candidate's profile, consistent with the intended internship areas;
- Language preparation through the European platform OLS, cultural and pedagogical preparation of trainees to be carried out before departure. Participation in the preparation is mandatory, under penalty of automatic disqualification from admission to the project;
- Language course provided by the host organization;
- Virtual course to integrate the physical mobility (Blended mobilities) focused on internship topics;
- Round-trip air travel to the internship destination;
- Insurance coverage (liability, work injury and health) for the duration of the stay abroad;
- Accommodation, according to the practice followed by the hosting agency partner of the project, the accommodation is in shared apartment or family;
- Pocket money, partial contribution to the costs of food and local transport
- Per chi rientra nella categoria delle “Fewer opportunities” verrà erogato un contributo integrativo al pocket money di Euro 125 (è disponibile n.1 contributo di tale tipologia);
- Professional, logistical and organizational mentoring and monitoring throughout the duration of the stay abroad;
- Issue certification and certificates.
Please note that the expected certificates and attestations will only be issued if the internship abroad phase is completed and all required documentation is delivered to SafesPro.

Il progetto si rivolge a 30 learners che avranno la possibilità di svolgere un tirocinio professionale della durata di 120 giorni + 2 di viaggio in aziende estere, deputati alla formazione di giovani professionisti in ambito Agrario, Scientifico, Turistico, Tecnico Professionale e CAT–Costruzioni Ambienti e Territorio, mediante l’assegnazione di Borse di Studio da erogare tramite la pubblicazione periodica di bandi di selezione.

Impact
In recent years, the "environmental issue" has become a relevant topic in the scientific, economic and social spheres, giving impetus to the Green Economy and promoting a process of transformation in the demand for "green" professional profiles and skills.
The Apulia Region's Sustainable Development Strategy is closely linked to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, approved on September 25, 2015 by the UN, which defines an action agenda based on the shared belief that sustainability must integrate and balance the three dimensions of development: environmental, social and economic. With respect to GOAL 12-"Ensure sustainable patterns of production and consumption," the values derived from the Apulia Region's monitoring of the 13 indicators are better for 40% than those of the Mezzogiorno and 57.1% than those of the national level. With respect to GOAL 13 - "Adopt urgent measures to combat climate change and its consequences," the values obtained from the analysis of the 3 indicators for the Apulia Region are better than those of the Mezzogiorno and Italy for 100% (UN 2030 Goal Indicators - The Positioning of Apulia).The Region has espoused the Green Economy as an approach to the productive world by inviting businesses in all sectors to participate directly in the protection of the territory and to work for the abatement of pollutants, for the development and use of technologies with low environmental impact. Also embracing the GOALs for sustainable development is the City of Taranto, which has been struggling for years with the long-standing problem related to the former ILVA, now ArcelorMittal. Dust from the steel plant has caused serious problems for the population and environment, requiring a variety of interventions for land reclamation, environmental protection and pollution reduction. SAFES understood that in order to continue the path started by the Apulia Region and the Municipality of Taranto, it is essential to train future workers, making them acquire skills related to the so-called Green Jobs. More than 3 million workers, or 13.4% of those employed in Italy, have taken this path. According to UNEP, the U.N. agency working in the field of environmental protection, Green Jobs are defined as "those occupations in agriculture, manufacturing, in research and development, in administration and services that contribute incisively to preserving or restoring environmental quality." The purpose of the Consortium, of which SafesPro is the Lead Partner, is to initiate a path of innovation of the Educational Offer, through the introduction of professional figures inherent to the Green Economy sector, with the aim of spreading environmental sustainability among all consortium members. The transmission of know-how and technologies abroad will, therefore, be encouraged, promoting internationalization as a tool for the dissemination of "good practices" and environmental issues. Educational Institutes and Training Institutions need to develop skills about the design of Learning Outcomes that enable learners to acquire Units of Competence typical of Green Jobs. In addition, there is a need to transfer entrepreneurial skills among learners in the Green Economy. Public administrations consider it essential to promote policies aimed at the development of environmental sustainability in the territory, including through the training of eco-conscious citizens and land protection. They will advocate for the acquisition and formalization of the new figures in the territory and in the Directory of Regional Qualifications. Industry associations need to promote eco-sustainable professional innovation, aligning the growing demand for "green" professionals with the supply of qualified and specialized personnel.
Requirements
Potranno presentare la candidatura coloro che dal momento della candidatura fino al termine della mobilità siano:
- Diplomati presso gli istituti scolastici appartenenti al Consorzio di Mobilità, conseguito non
oltre 12 mesi antecedenti la partenza; - diplomati e qualificati (anche ex apprendisti) di una scuola o organismo di formazione professionale entro i 12 mesi dall’ottenimento del diploma/qualifica;
- discenti disoccupati inseriti in un percorso di istruzione e formazione professionale continua (CVET) con presentazione della DID;• studenti inseriti in un percorso di istruzione e formazione professionale iniziale (IVET);
- apprendisti (Primo e secondo livello – D.lgs. 81/2015);
Non potranno presentare domanda di partecipazione al progetto Erasmus:
- inoccupati, inattivi, NEET;
- iscritti all’università/neolaureati:
- iscritti a percorsi ITS, apprendista di alta formazione e ricerca per conseguimento di titoli nell’ambito della formazione e apprendisti (Primo e secondo livello – D.lgs. 81/2015).
NOTA BENE! I requisiti previsti dal presente bando devono permanere per l’intera durata della mobilità. Qualora uno dei requisiti venga meno, il beneficiario è tenuto a darne immediata comunicazione all’ente promotore del progetto Erasmus che procederà ad organizzare il rientro del beneficiario in Italia a causa della perdita dei requisiti sopra indicati. In caso di mancata comunicazione, l’ente promotore si riserva il diritto di richiedere la restituzione delle somme già erogate.
Modalities of participation
The project application must consist of the following documents:
- ANNEX A - application for participation;
- Curriculum vitae, drawn up using the format provided in the forms attached to the Call, complete with a photo of the candidate and a letter of motivation, in Italian and in the language of reference;
- Copy of any certifications held (linguistic or otherwise);
- Copy of a valid identification document.

Selection process
The selection will be carried out by the Selection Committee, composed of the Director of SafesPro, the DS of the schools and language teachers, who will ensure transparency in accordance with the criteria set out in the public notice, uploaded on the web page of each Consortium.

In case of learners with fewer opportunities the following criteria will be applied in order to assign the mobility grants:
- ISEE < 10.632,94€;
- Coming from impoverished areas;
- belonging to families of former ILVA employees who have suffered redundancy or health damage;
- belonging to a family with a migration background
Candidates with a minimum score of 18/30 will be considered eligible.
The final ranking of participants in the mobility project, together with information about the deadline and how candidates can view the documentation for acceptance of the internship will be published on the SafesPro website. In case of availability of places resulting from renunciations, the ranking list will be scrolled.
In case a candidate is eligible/non-recipient, SAFESPRO may propose the candidate to participate in the experience at another destination not indicated in the application. In the event that the number of applications for the number of scholarships put out to tender is not reached, SAFESPRO will use an additional 7 days to find additional candidates. All personal data transmitted by the candidates with the application for participation in the selection process, in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, will be processed exclusively for the purposes of managing this procedure and any procedures for the allocation of internship grants abroad.

Waiver or renunciation of participation in the project before departure
Once the contract has been signed, in case of cancellation before departure, where the promoter has already provided to incur expenses in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary (e.g. purchase of airfare, issuance of insurance policy, etc..), the latter will be obliged to reimburse any expenses or penalties incurred by SafesPro.
Early return
In case of interruption of the stay before the scheduled end date of the project, SafesPro may require the beneficiary to return the amounts already advanced for the period of internship not carried out and therefore not recognized by the National Agency.
Processing of personal data
The data, elements and any information acquired are used by Safespro exclusively for the purposes of the procedure, guaranteeing absolute security and confidentiality also when processing data with automatic and manual systems. Safespro informs the competitors concerned pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree n 196/2003 and in implementation of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), that:
- The requested data are collected for the purposes of the procedure, governed by law;
- the provision of the requested data is mandatory under penalty of exclusion;
- the data collected may be communicated to the staff of Formare Puglia, involved in the selection process for reasons of service, and to all subjects entitled under the law August 7, 1990, n. 241 of Legislative Decree 267/2000;
- The processing of data will be done through tools, including information technology to ensure the security and confidentiality;
- the data and documents will be communicated to the organs of the judicial authority within the framework of possible proceedings;
- The rights of the interested parties are those provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
