ERASMUS+ PROGRAM - ACTION KA121 INDIVIDUAL MOBILITY FOR LEARNING PURPOSES - VET FIELD

• Acquire, by 60 new graduates, Units of Competence about the new figures of "Environmental Risk Manager", "Ecochef", "Green Mechatronics" identified among the Green Jobs; 
• Promote entrepreneurial skills among young people and enable the acquisition of soft skills in the Green Economy that will allow them to start working in the area; 
• To increase the quality of the training offer through the acquisition of new professional figures related to the world of Green Jobs, to be included in the Regional Directory of Qualifications; 
• Expand national and foreign partnerships with institutions and companies to ensure international cooperation for the purpose of transnational mobility in the field of environmental sustainability; 
• Promote environmentally sustainable change in the Agricultural, Tourism, and Vocational Technical sectors; 
• Aligning the job demand-supply match in the Green Economy, ensuring human capital is innovated and trained according to Green Jobs.

The beneficiary is relieved of the burden of anticipating and/or personally bearing the expected costs of staying abroad and participating in the Mobility project. In fact, by virtue of this management system, SafesPro is responsible, including through the partnership, for the provision of the following services: 

• Administration and Project Management; 
• Identification of the internship and host organization, based on the candidate's profile, consistent with the intended internship areas; 
• Language preparation through the European platform OLS, cultural and pedagogical preparation of trainees to be carried out before departure. Participation in the preparation is mandatory, under penalty of automatic disqualification from admission to the project; 
• Language course provided by the host organization; 
• Virtual course to integrate the physical mobility (Blended mobilities) focused on internship topics; 
• Round-trip air travel to the internship destination; 
• Insurance coverage (civil liability and work accidents) for the duration of the stay abroad; 
• Accommodation, according to the practice followed by the hosting agency partner of the project, the accommodation is in shared apartment or family; 
• Pocket money partial contribution to the costs of food and local transport of 1100 euros for the destination Ireland; 
• Pocket money partial contribution to the costs of food and local transport of € 1000 for the destination Germany; 
• Pocket money partial contribution to the costs of food and local transport of 1000 euros for the destination Spain; 
• Pocket money partial contribution to food and local transportation expenses of 1000 euros for destination Belgium; 
• For those who fall into the category of "Fewer opportunities" will be provided an additional contribution to the pocket money of 100 euros; 
• Professional, logistical and organizational mentoring and monitoring throughout the duration of the stay abroad; 
• Release of certification and certificates. It should be noted that the planned certificates and attestations will only be issued if the internship abroad phase is completed and all required documentation is delivered to SafesPro.

NOTE: INTERNSHIPS ARE UNPAID.

The project is aimed at 15 new graduates who will have the opportunity to carry out an internship lasting 120 days + 2 days of travel in foreign companies, deputies to the training of young professionals in Agriculture, Science, Tourism, Technical and Professional CAT-Construction Environment and Territory, through the allocation of scholarships to be provided through the periodic publication of calls for selection. This notice concerns only the first macro-flow that will select No. 15 new graduates in the school year 2021/2022 of which: 

• No. 3 in Ireland; 
• No. 4 in Germany; 
• No. 4 in Spain, of which 1 Fellowship intended for beneficiaries with fewer opportunities (fewer opportunities)
• No. 4 in Belgium

This Call for Selection awards 15 scholarships, including 3 in Ireland, 4 in Germany, 4 in Spain and 4 in Belgium.
Additional grants under the project will be awarded through similar calls for proposals published at a later date.

Newly graduated young people in the year 2021- 2022 who meet the following requirements on the date of publication of the announcement will be eligible to apply for "SAFES FOR GREEN ACCREDITATION."

• Residents of Apulia Region;
• Graduates not more than 12 months after mobility;
• Not employed and/or enrolled in graduate courses;
• B1/B2 CEFR level language proficiency;

The project application must consist of the following documents:

• Curriculum vitae, drawn up using the format provided in the forms attached to the Call, complete with a photo of the candidate and a letter of motivation, in Italian and in the language of reference;
• Copy of any certifications held (linguistic or otherwise);

The selection will be carried out by the Selection Committee, composed of the Director of SafesPro, the DS of the schools and language teachers, who will ensure transparency in accordance with the criteria set out in the public notice, uploaded on the web page of each Consortium.

In case of learners with fewer opportunities the following criteria will be applied in order to assign the mobility grants: 

• ISEE < 10.632,94€; 
• Coming from impoverished areas; 
• belonging to families of former ILVA employees who have suffered redundancy or health damage; 
• belonging to a family with a migration background

Candidates with a minimum score of 18/30 will be considered eligible. 

The final ranking of participants in the mobility project, together with information about the deadline and how candidates can view the documentation for acceptance of the internship will be published on the SafesPro website. In case of availability of places resulting from renunciations, the ranking list will be scrolled.

All personal data transmitted by candidates with the application form, in accordance with D.Lgs.196/2003, will be used exclusively for the management of this procedure and any procedures for the allocation of internships abroad.

Once the contract has been signed, in case of cancellation before departure, where the promoter has already provided to incur expenses in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary (e.g. purchase of airfare, issuance of insurance policy, etc..), the latter will be obliged to reimburse any expenses or penalties incurred by SafesPro.

The data, elements and any information acquired are used by Safespro exclusively for the purposes of the procedure, guaranteeing absolute security and confidentiality also when processing data with automatic and manual systems. Safespro informs the competitors concerned pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree n 196/2003 and in implementation of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), that:

1. The requested data are collected for the purposes of the procedure, governed by law;
2. the provision of the requested data is mandatory under penalty of exclusion;
3. the data collected may be communicated to the staff of Formare Puglia, involved in the selection process for reasons of service, and to all subjects entitled under the law August 7, 1990, n. 241 of Legislative Decree 267/2000;
4. The processing of data will be done through tools, including information technology to ensure the security and confidentiality;
5. the data and documents will be communicated to the organs of the judicial authority within the framework of possible proceedings;
6. The rights of the interested parties are those provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
